Mr. Ruelas has over 20 years of management experience with a track record of successfully building and operating high growth companies. Mr. Ruelas was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for Enterra Solutions, an information technology defense contractor. Prior to that position, he served as the Vice President of Business Development for the Defense & Government Services Division of Agility, an international logistics corporation, where he was instrumental in developing Agility’s billion-dollar growth revenues and market dominance. Mr. Ruelas spent 10 years with the ocean carrier APL, where he was responsible for US Government Cargoes in the Middle East. Prior to that, he served in the US Army as an Infantry Officer for 5 years.
Mr. Ruelas received a Bachelors degree in Education from California State University - Fresno. He has an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an Executive Certificate in Logistics from the Kenan-Flaglar Business School at University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. |
Mr. Campbell has held several roles within the organization, including Supply Chain Manager, Manufacturing Manager, ISO Manager, and Operations Manager. In 2007 Mr. Campbell was promoted to Vice President of Operations at Sonatech and ITC, and in 2008 became the Vice President of Operations for CTI. As CTI integrated Channel Industries, ITC, and Sonatech into one company, Channel Technologies Group (CTG), Mr. Campbell became the Vice-President of Operations for all of CTG.
Prior to joining CTI, Mr. Campbell held numerous management positions at Condor Pacific industries, an OEM of gyroscopes and guidance systems, and at Circon Corporation, a medical manufacturer focused on the operating room environment. In addition, he has spent several years in a non-profit organization as the Director of Golf Course Operations at a country club in Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Kuntsal has been the Engineering Manager and Principal Design Engineer for International Transducer Corp since 1990. His primary responsibility is directing research and development on transducer design methods and related active/passive materials.
Mr. Kuntsal has over 25 years direct experience in the design, development and documentation of acoustic transducers. He has been responsible for the design and test of transducers for use in many U.S. Navy systems. He has extensive experienced in the review and analysis of acoustic performance data for the detection and correction of anomalies in transducer performance. He has developed factory acceptance test procedures, supervised testing of many ITC production transducers, and developed numerous software programs for the design and evaluation of piezoelectric ceramics, transducer resonator elements, and sonar arrays. Between 1984 and 1990, Mr. Kuntsal worked at the Naval Postgraduate School as an Adjunct Research Professor on transducer and array design, modeling, development, analysis, and in-situ transducer/hydrophone measurement techniques on submarines. He has authored seven papers and three technical reports on underwater transducers, and has given several seminars and short courses on acoustic transducers.
Mr. Kuntsal received an M.S. in Engineering Acoustics in 1978 from the Naval Postgraduate School at Monterey, CA., where he also received a B.S. in Electronics in 1978. Prior to that, he received a B.S. from the Naval Academy in Istanbul, Turkey in 1971. |
