How can I find out price and availability of your products?

Please contact ITC's sales team directly. We will be pleased to provide you with a quote with price and availability.
How can I purchase one of your products?

You can send in a purchase order based on a quote provided by our sales team.
How can I find the best product to fit my application?

The best way is to fill out the design form on our website. This will help our Sales and Engineering team to assist you in finding the best product for your application. You can also contact our sales team directly for assistance.
Do you have a representative in the US?

No. You can contact ITC's sales team directly.
Do you have International Representatives?

Yes, a list of our exclusive International Representatives can be found on our website. You can contact our sales team directly for any Domestic or International sales and we will either deal with you directly or through one of our representatives.
Do all your products require export documentation?

All products leaving the US must fulfill all US Government Export Regulation Requirements.
Do you produce custom designs?

Yes, we can build based on our customer's design or assist customers with a design that will better fit their application and budget. ITC's 27,000 square-foot facility in Santa Barbara, California, houses machine and prototype shops, a large flexible manufacturing area, and a complete transducer test facility - virtually everything we need to develop custom-built designs on any scale, from one-of-a-kind to large-volume production jobs.
What is the average price of your products?

Price varies and it is based on product design and production complexity.
What is the average lead-time of your products?

Lead-time will vary and it is based on product design and production complexity. Current availability of materials has a huge impact on lead-times.
Do you sell used products or parts?

No, ITC does not sell used products or parts. We never utilize used parts or materials in our products.
Do you lease your products?

No. We currently do not lease our products.
Do you repair your products? How can I send something in for repair?

Yes. We can repair products that are found to be still under warranty or out of warranty. All out of warranty repairs will need to be quoted and a purchase order received authorizing the repair. Please contact our sales team to find out how you can send a product to be repaired.
Do you re-calibrate or re-test your products?

Yes. We can do both. Please contact our sales team to request a quote for the re-calibration or re-testing of your product.
Where are your products made?

Our products are produced at our facility in Santa Barbara, California.
