ITC is headquartered in Santa Barbara, California. All sales and technical support are handled directly from this facility except where there is foreign sales representation. ITC prides itself in having a very "open door" customer policy. Our engineers are easy to reach for technical information and our sales staff makes customer service its number one priority.
